As discussed in the SPOD meeting on March 5th,  a letter library has been created on the web site that initially includes the TCEQ Notice of Deficiency Letter to POCGI,  the Army Corp of Engineers Public Notice and SPOD’s initial letter to the TCEQ requesting a Contested Hearing and subsequent letter regarding POCGI non compliance with signage and public notice permit requirements.  All the documents are in Adobe pdf format.  See the new “Letter Library” and “USACE” tabs above.
